Our flails are designed to offer many benefits...

- Standard Duty and Heavy Duty flails have reinforced 

gussets on both sides of break off strength.

- Both standard and heavy duty fails have multiple 

cutting edges for increased life.

- Flails are available in 5/8 and 3/4 bore.

Richmond Defoliator Units are...

- Equipped with timing marks to insure a well balanced 

unit for minimized vibration.

- Designed to eliminate the need for steel units allowing 

for increased adjustability of front and middle drum.

- Hardened 3/4" diameter flail rod for the best wear-ability

in the industry.

- Engineered to eliminate side-to-side movement.

Standard Duty Flails

- Recommended for middle and back drums.

- These flails are designed for increased flexibility, 

narrower with a bell-shaped tip for extended wear which 

provide a cleanly topped beet.

Heavy Duty Flails

- Used solely on the front drum.

- These flails are wider and less flexible to handle the 

heavy, up front defoliation
